Am I able to exchange or return my order?

Form Organica reserves the right to refuse returns that do not align with the refund policy. We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Although, if you receive the wrong item or the product is faulty, please contact hello@formorganica.com

What do I do if my product is broken or faulty?

If you were to receive a faulty product, we would love to help you. For us to best assist you to a resolution, please contact hello@formorganica.com with: 

  • A description of the fault
  • Relevant photographic support 

Note: Faults must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product or else a refund or exchange can not be granted.
