Our movement muse, Katie Croft enlisted The Flow Mat in ONYX to support her curation of an unforgettable movement experience at tr30 in Manuka. Katie delivered mindful sequencing that is as unique and flowy as our Flow Mats in x2 sold out movement practices. This event felt especially special, in collaboration with two of my dearest friends- Hannah Corcoran from @id.tr30 and Katie Croft from @movementbykatie.
